In September, Jeffrey Crafton, director of lubes at Sayle Oil Company, was crowned the 2024 NOLN Operator of the Year.
Crafton fondly recalls the beginning of his interest in quick lube services as an 11-year-old who learned to change oil on his father’s vehicle. Fast forward to his teenage years when he took a job with Sayle Oil Company, and the rest is history. Crafton’s career is one of dedication and care—not only for the work itself, but also for the people he works with.
