Nov. 2. 2020—FullSpeed Automotive is further expanding its portfolio with a recent acquisition, according to a press release.
FullSpeed acquired Michigan-based Uncle Ed's Oil Shoppe, otherwise known as Uncle Ed's, which is a provider of quick lube, preventative maintenance, and car wash services.
The acquisition gives FullSpeed a total of 29 quick lube service centers and five AutoBath America car wash locations throughout the state of Michigan.
This marks FullSpeed's 15th acquisition as part of private equity firm CenterOak Partners.
