A new Take 5 Oil Change is in the works for Sebring, Florida, reports Highlands News-Sun.
Set to be located across from the Southgate Shopping Plaza, the new Take 5 is one of two new businesses that will be taking the place of a former Checkers fast food restaurant.
The Take 5 is to be joined by a Dirty Dog’s Car Wash at 2815 U.S. 27 South. Plans for the car wash were submitted in December 2022, but has not yet been permitted to continue, according to Sebring Building/Zoning Code Enforcement Officer Lee Tolar.
Headway is already being made for the Take 5, though, with the outer walls having been put up this past week. An opening date was not shared.
As of now, the closest Take 5 to Sebring is over 40 minutes away in Lake Wells, Florida, according to Take 5’s store locator.
