Petra Automotive Products to Offer Services to Meineke Franchisee Owners

Automotive maintenance chemical provider Petra Automotive Products has entered a partnership with the Meineke Dealers Purchasing Co-op to offer its products to Meineke franchise owners, according to a press release.

Meineke MDPCI President Jason Shively shared that many operators in their network have been searching for a way to offer scheduled maintenance service offerings in their business. Having worked with the Petra team over the past few years, the company came up as a potential solution for franchisees.

This sentiment was echoed at a recent Meineke MDPCI meeting by Brendan Sullivan, the owner of four Meineke stores in the Kansas City area, who shared he had experienced a boost in profits from Petra’s quarterly training and equipment.

Two different levels of offerings will be available for Meineke owners: an Xcelerate program with product-only being the introductory offer at a lower price point, or the full Petra solution that provides training, premium chemicals, and options of equipment.

“The hope with the training is that Meieke dealers can elevate their performance with scheduled maintenance from fluid exchanges to system cleanings,” said Shively. “I, and the entire MDPCI team, look forward to helping this newly-formed partnership grow and continue for many years.”
