The incident occurred this past Tuesday at a Jiffy Lube in Cottonwood Heights, Utah, nearby 1300 Fort Union Boulevard.

First igniting in an attic space, the fire was caused by a faulty heater that had recently been installed in the facility, according to Capt. Tony Barker with Unified Fire Authority.
