Costa Kapothanasis, CEO and president of Costa Oil 10 Minute Oil Change, is the 2023 NOLN Operator of the Year. His approach to the quick lube industry involves an oil-change-only model with a high priority placed on efficiency. He has carved out a network of company-owned shops and franchised locations that can be found across many states in the country.
