Nov. 18, 2020—Driven Brands Car Wash North America announced acquisitions of two regional car wash brands in Georgia and Texas.
The first to be acquired is In and Out Car Wash in Carrollton, Texas. The move grows Driven's network of car washes to 12 in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, according to press releases.
The second deal involved Fast Trac Car Wash of Smyrna, Ga., and Hometown Car Wash of Fayetteville, Ga. This expands the network to 22 in the state.
Driven Brands says its car wash holdings represent the world's largest network, servicing more than 40 million vehicles in a year. Driven also owns brands like Take 5 Oil Change, Meineke and more.
