Dec. 31, 2020—Business development company Brandon Hall Group awarded one silver and two bronze awards to Take 5 Oil Change.
The silver award was for excellence in technology, while the bronze awards were for excellence in learning and excellence in talent management, according to a press release.
One of the programs highlighted in the awards was the Take 5 High 5 internal recognition system, which NOLN explored in a 2019 article.
“The Excellence Awards serve the critical function of reinforcing the essential business benefit of creating great experiences for candidates and employees,” said Brandon Hall CEO Mike Cook said in the press release. “All award winners must demonstrate that their HCM programs drive bottom-line business results. That’s what sets our awards program apart from all others.”
