Preventative Automotive Maintenance Association Launches ‘Leadership Academy’ Series
Tomorrow, the Preventative Automotive Maintenance Association is launching the first of a six-part webinar series running periodically throughout the year.
The PAMA Leadership Academy will be made up of six different workshops, each one focusing on an aspect of leadership in the oil change industry.
Acting as the Workshop Facilitator will be Claudia St. John, the founder and CEO of HR consulting, recruiting, and training firm The Workplace Advisors. She is also a Senior Professional in HR, SHRM Senior Certified Professional, and Certified Professional Behavioral Analyst.
The first workshop, “Working with Style - DISC Communication Workshop,” will be held on Feb. 5, 10am PT/1pm ET. It also offers an optional DISC Assessment and one-on-one debrief for an extra fee.
PAMA’s next Leadership Academy workshop, “EQ & You - Managing Your Emotional Intelligence at Work,” is scheduled for April 9. More are slated to run throughout the year until December, with a full list and summary now available on PAMA’s website.
Registration for tomorrow's event is open. For a limited time, PAMA members and their employees are being offered access to workshops for free. The fee for non-members is $550.
