Jiffy Lube Ranked Most Trusted Oil Change Service in Newsweek/BrandSpark Study

Jiffy Lube was named a category winner in Newsweek and BrandSpark International’s Most Trusted Awards 2025 list that was recently released.

Based on a survey of 29,420 American consumers, different brands were named the winner of a myriad of categories, including educational toys, air purifiers, sparkling water, and electric toothbrushes. The winner for each category is whatever receives the highest share of citations as Most Trusted brand.

For the Oil & Lube Change Service category, the survey showed Jiffy Lube to be considered the most trusted among consumers. It was the only quick lube or auto service chain mentioned in the list, with no runner-ups accompanying it.
