WIX Filters Donates Over $40K to Future Farmers of America Chapters
WIX Filters donated over $40,000 to national FFA chapters in partnership with the National FFA Organization, according to a press release.
The donation was made as part of the WIX Filters box top redemption program, which over the years has seen WIX contribute a total of over $750,000 to local FFA chapters.
Earning 25 cents per box top, this year saw more than 144,000 WIX box tops collected from participating FFA chapters across the U.S.
In addition, four chapters were awarded an extra $1,000 for the most box tops redeemed:
- Laker FFA of Pigeon, Michigan
- Hopkins FFA of Hopkins, Michigan
- Bellville FFA of Bellville, Texas
- Southern Cayuga of Aurora, New York
And finally, another extra $1,000 was awarded to the Canton FFA chapter of Canton, Texas, for achieving the highest percentage increase from last year.
