A new Jiffy Lube is under construction in Sparks, Nevada, according to Northern Nevada Business Weekly.
The new 4,700-square-foot, single-story facility will be located at 7983 Tierra Del Sol Parkway.
Slated to be a $1.5 million project, the building will consist of two service bays with pits as well as two surface-grade service bays.
A wood-framed design and an exterior of stucco, stone, and storefront systems will make up the shop’s outside appearance.
Construction by Metcalf Builders is now in motion, with the project estimated to be complete by this December.
