    Construction on a new Valvoline Instant Oil Change in Conway, South Carolina, is nearly complete, reports The Sun News.

    The facility, located at 142 Middle Ridge Ave., is already for sale. The property was listed on LoopNet in January 2025 for $3.5 million. 

    According to the LoopNet listing, the store is set to open in 2025, next to an Arby’s that was built in 2023.

    The store joins other recent Valvoline openings in the Myrtle Beach area. One store opened in Carolina Forest during the summer of 2023, with another planned to open in Market Common.
