The acquisition of a Jones Oil warehouse in Richmond is a step in the company's goal to expand its Mid-Atlantic presence.

U.S. Lubricants has announced the acquisition of a Jones Oil warehouse in Richmond, Virginia, in a recent press release.

Located at 3737 East Belt Blvd, the warehouse comes with more than 200,000 gallons of bulk capacity, allowing for increased distribution capabilities from U.S. Lubricants’ regional flagship blending facility in Baltimore, Maryland.

Owning and operating nine facilities across the country, the recent acquisition will expand U.S. Lubricants’ presence in the Mid-Atlantic region, helping the company achieve its goal of branching out from the Baltimore facility it acquired from bp in 2020.

“This acquisition not only expands our footprint but also strengthens our ability to serve our customers better,” said U.S. Lubricants Director of Business Development Ross Tomberlin. “This transaction is exciting for both family-owned companies.”
