The automotive service program, in addition to programs in customer service and job readiness, can be completed in under a year.

Harford Community College of Maryland is expanding its Workforce Training Center to another region of the state, allowing more to access its automotive service training program, according to Patch.

Joining its Workforce Training Centers in Bel Air and Edgewood, the newest one will be located in Belcamp, Maryland, at 4690 Millennium Drive.

Five different programs are offered at the new training center. In addition to automotive service and diagnostics, programs in job readiness and customer service training are also offered to prepare participants to directly enter the workforce.

Training programs can be completed in less than a year, with first classes at the new center slated to begin Sept. 24. Funding is also available for those looking to enroll.
