Meineke Named Among ‘America’s Customer Service Champions’ by USA Today

USA Today surveyed over 33,000 U.S. consumers via a confidential online survey that garnered more than 519,000 company reviews.

Meineke has been named as one of America's Customer Service Champions 2024 by USA Today and Plant-A-Insights, according to a recent press release.

The USA Today America's Customer Service Champions is an independent customer experience study, which this year surveyed over 33,000 U.S. consumers via a confidential online survey that garnered more than 519,000 company reviews.

Companies were evaluated based on seven different areas, including friendliness with and appreciation of customers; professional competence; customer service; availability and accessibility; solution orientation; solution speed; and transparency and reliability.
