Damien Harmon has been appointed to Driven Brands’ Board of Directors, according to a news release.
As of January 1, 2024, Harmon will join the Board of Directors, as well as become a member of the Compensation Committee.
Currently, Harmon holds a position as the senior executive vice president of customer, channel experiences & enterprise services for Best Buy Co. Inc., where he the experiences and interactions customers have with the company.
Harmon brings over 20 years of experience in retail and leadership roles. Prior to his current role, he was the executive vice president of omnichannel for Best Buy, helping to establish an operations plan to improve customer interactions with the company. He was also responsible for supervising the company’s real estate portfolio, stores, operations, services, and customer experiences both in-person and virtually.
Besides his time at Best Buy, Harmon led executive titles with Bridgestone Americas Inc., which included the president of GCR Commercial Tires and the chief operating officer of Bridgestone Retail Operations.
