Valvoline Instant Oil Change is building a fifth location in the North Naples area of Florida that will open later this year, Gulfshore Business reports.
The location of the new store is on a 0.34-acre outparcel at 2476 Immokalee Road in Naples, Florida, “at Green Tree Center on the southwest corner of Immokalee Road and Airport-Pulling Road.”
Fifth Third Bank had previously operated a “freestanding drive-thru” service at the location. It was sold for $925,000 in late December by Lake Michigan Credit Union, a business with a location neighboring the parcel.
Reconstruction on the site began in late February “between Taco Bell and Lake Michigan Credit Union.” It will be redeveloped into a 2,048-square-foot building, equipped with three auto service bays. Development plans show the expected completion date to be August 25.
