March 31, 2021—Valvoline has launched a new premium full synthetic motor oil called Extended Protection, the company announced in a press release.
With hopes to maximize and extend engine life, the oil was found to be 10 times stronger against oil breakdown and provide 50 percent better protection against engine wear during lab testing.
"A vehicle is a big investment," Heidi Matheys, Valvoline chief marketing officer, said in a statement. "Extended Protection's premium formulation helps extend the life of the engine so that people can enjoy their vehicle for years to come."
