July 21, 2021—DRB Systems, an Ohio-based point-of-sale technology provider for the quick lube industry, announced Monday it will be acquired by industrial tech firm Vontier Corporation.
According to a news release, the acquisition is still pending "customary closing conditions, including regulatory approval," but is anticipated to close in the third quarter of 2021.
