Jan. 5, 2022—Oil Changers announced on Tuesday it completed three acquisitions in California, Oregon, and Texas.
According to a news release, the chain acquired Five Star Oil Change in Woodland, Calif., and both Moe's Super Lube locations in Coos Bay, Ore., last month. Oil Changers also acquired five-store chain ServiceONE Automotive in Austin, Texas, as their final acquisition of 2021.
In total, the chain has added eight new shops to its portfolio. The move into Oregon is the company's first.
“Expanding to new states is always an exciting mark of growth for the Oil Changers family.” Oil Changers President Eric Frankenberger said. “We will continue to work closely with the outstanding teams at Five Star Oil Change, Moe’s Super Lube, and ServiceONE Automotive to accomplish smooth transitions for our guests. We gained eight new locations, but more importantly, have gained incredible team members.”
With the acquisition of ServiceONE, Oil Changers now has locations that offer quick lube services, car washes and minor repairs.
Oil Changers now has 79 shops across California, Oregon, Hawai'i and Texas.
