Jan. 20, 2021—The Oldmar City Council in Florida has awarded its Business of the Quarter honor to a local quick lube.
Express Oil Change and Tire Engineers received the award during a city council meeting on Jan. 19. The shop is run by Jason Nastasi, whose shop took home the Best Looking Lube award in 2020. His 5,600-square-foot building was completed early in that year.
