An employee was held at gunpoint by an angry customer at a Cobb County Jiffy Lube in Georgia.

“He pulled around back, meets me in the back and raised the AR rifle at me and says, 'I’ll kill ya,'" said Clarence Williams.

Frightening moments for Clarence Williams. He was working at Jiffy Lube on Delk Road in Marietta last month when he says an irate customer felt like she was charged too much to have her car serviced.

That woman is Crescent Rush. She is now behind bars and charged with aggravated assault. This is after police say she showed up with a man who threatened employees with a rifle. According to the report, Rush yelled “Shoot them!”

“All my co-workers, the managers were outside. She grabbed a little girl and ran her back inside the lobby,” said Williams.

Williams says there was also a customer inside the store at the time.

“Murder wasn’t in his eyes though, but he raised it though, I feel like in intent to scare me,” said Williams.

Williams tells us he hasn’t felt safe since the his happened.

“We don’t feel safe; we don’t feel like people above us are taking care of us, and we don’t know what’s going on,” said Williams. “We just continue to do our job the best way we can, but we just pray we’re alright. That’s all we can do.”

We spoke with Jiffy Lube’s corporate office and the Vice President Mike Davis, and he told us they plan to increase management on staff at the location.

We’re also working to get that surveillance video of the incident.
