NAPA Auto Care Launches Team Tool Rebate to Support Auto Care Center Technicians
NAPA Auto Care is launching a new Team Tool Rebate to help Auto Care center technicians acquire tools based on their needs, according to a press release issued on Thursday.
As part of NAPA Auto Care’s Apprentice Program, the Team Tool Rebate will offer a rebate percentage to Auto Care centers based on purchases made to NAPA throughout the year. For NAPA’s top-tier partners, NAPA Gold Certified members, benefits are further enhanced.
Roy Foster, owner of Roy Foster's Automotive in Reno, Nevada, said the Team Tool Rebate not only eases financial burdens on technicians, but will serve as a recruiting tool for the shop and improve employee morale.
