PAMA Webinar to Explore Harnessing Emotional Intelligence at Work

The session next month will center on how to use EQ to strengthen relationships, reduce stress, defuse conflict, and improve job satisfaction.

The latest installment of the Preventative Automotive Maintenance Association’s Leadership Academy webinar series will center on harnessing emotional intelligence in the workplace.

Slated for April 9, the session led by Claudia St. John, SHRM-SCOP, SPHR will delve into why emotional intelligence, or EQ, is important in the workplace, and how attendees can improve on their own EQ to strengthen relationships, reduce stress, defuse conflict, and improve job satisfaction.

Goals of the session will be to gain strategies for regulating emotions; identify others’ emotional state; and understanding what is needed for higher productivity and success. An optional EQ assessment and one-on-one debrief is offered for an additional fee as well.

For a limited time, the session is free and open to all PAMA members and their employees.
