Valvoline, Jiffy Lube, Express Oil Change Make Forbes Best Customer Service 2025
Forbes’ Best Customer Service 2025 list that was recently released saw several quick lube and auto maintenance brands make their spot in the top 300 brands named.
The annual list is based on surveys of 181,000 people in the U.S., who rated their experiences with over 3,500 different brands. The top 300 ranking companies are named within Forbes’ Best Customer Service list.
Among the highest ranking in auto maintenance was Valvoline Inc., as the company shared in a recent press release, ranking at no. 18. Based on a survey of over a million customers in the past year, Valvoline Instant Oil Change averaged a 4.7 out of 5-star rating for its service.
“Every year we serve millions of guests, and our goal is to deliver the very best customer service with each oil change and preventive automotive maintenance service," said Valvoline Chief Customer Officer Laura Carpenter. “Our team members and franchise partners are focused and committed to go above and beyond for our guests each and every day. I'm proud of our franchise partners, teams, and our retail service center managers who are delivering for our guests.”
Notably, Express Oil Change also made the list, placing at no. 70. It’s followed by Jiffy Lube, which nearly rounds out the list at no. 294.
