National Oil and Lube News has released its 2024 Operator Survey Report.
The annual report compiles data from quick lube shops across the country. Several highlights from this year's report include:
- 77% of respondents operate a single shop
- 60% of respondents reported their main bulk oil as full synthetic
- 80% of respondents said they will not be adding a new service in the next 12 months
