A new Express Oil Change & Tire Engineers in Valley, Alabama, will be the first of several businesses joining a local shopping center following a $10,000,000 expansion in retail space, reports the Valley-Times News.
The upcoming addition of 40,000 square feet of space at the Village Square Shopping Center, located at 3418 20th Ave, has already had several businesses sign on to open up shop there.
Alongside names including Marshalls and Five Below, an Express Oil Change will be joining the project. With construction work having already started for the expansion, the Express Oil Change is expected to be up and running by next month, with a full tenants at the shopping center expected to be open for business by Summer 2025.
“We’ve been working on this project for over a year and a half, and I’m thrilled that we are
finally able to see it come to fruition,” said Executive Director of the Chambers County Development Authority, Chris Busby. “Obviously, none of this would have been possible without Mark Ayer of Valley Village Square, who jumped into action when we approached him with these tenants. He continues to be a great partner to the city.”
