Construction for a new Take 5 Oil Change in Batavia, New York is currently underway, Batavia Daily News reports.
Taking the place of a former T-Mobile store at 425A W. Main St, Code Enforcement Officer Zach Alwardt said that all the necessary permits and design plans have been approved. The facility will be an 18-foot-tall, one-story, wood-framed building.
Demolition of the original structure has been completed, and construction crews have begun doing the groundwork and footers, constructing the concrete walls, and pouring concrete pits. Though recent weather conditions have slowed construction down a bit, the building is slated to be up and running by July 2024.
The location’s developer, Quattro Development, is currently working on several other Take 5 locations in the state of New York, including Rochester, Buffalo, and Auburn.
