Plans Approved for Valvoline Instant Oil Change in Indiana, Pennsylvania
A new Valvoline Instant Oil Change will soon be constructed in Indiana, Pennsylvania, according to WCCS Radio.
The new store will be located in the town’s Southtown Plaza along Oakland Avenue, in place of a former Pizza Hut. The existing building will be torn down to create a new one, which will be equipped with three bays and will have less square footage.
A final site plan was granted conditional approval by the White Township Planning Commission this past Tuesday. Full approval will be granted once the developer provides permits for demolition of the existing building on the property, and once a final review of the sanitary sewer system and verification of an oil and water separator is completed.
Once the new facility is constructed, it expects to employ seven to 10 staff members.
