Driven Brands Launches Online Marketplace for its Stores

Driven Brands has announced the launch of Driven Advantage: a new online digital marketplace for its brands, according to a news release.

The site is a B2B digital marketplace powered by Mirakl Platform and connects the company’s 5,000-plus corporate locations, shop owners, franchises, and affiliates with over 80,000 handpicked products sold by third-party suppliers.

It aims to help businesses spend less time on sourcing parts and materials by offering what they need in one place. Expanded payment methods are available, as well as a personalized user interface to find products specific to the business’ needs.

Driven Advantage claims that the average automotive service center with ~$1 million in annual revenue could save over $50,000 per year by using its services. The platform has already processed hundreds of thousands of orders during its initial development and rollout, according to EVP and President of Platform Services Kyle Marshall.

“Our company-operated stores and other early adopters have already recognized the potential for process improvements and operational savings that come with using marketplace, and with new features like suggestive selling, promotional opportunities, and partner advertising, this is just the beginning,” said Marshall.
