A grand reopening ceremony was recently held for the rebranding of the Lube Connection Castrol Premium Lube Express in Port Clinton, Ohio, the Sandusky Register reports.

Located at 250 SE Catawba Road, the shop formerly known as the Lube Connection Automotive Service Center has rebranded following a partnership being made with Castrol.

The business was acquired by Eric and Theresa Schramm and Will and Sarah Moore in 2010 and has served the Port Clinton community since. It is the only drive-thru oil change facility in the area.

With the rebranding and new partnership comes a remodel of the building as well. A fresh coat of interior and exterior paint, new signage, and new epoxy flooring in the lobby and shop area will be implemented in the facility.

“The goal is to provide a modern and inviting atmosphere for guests and a professional work environment for our team members,” said General Manager Ryan Portales.

To celebrate the changes, the Port Clinton Area Chamber of Commerce held a ribbon-cutting ceremony this past week as part of a grand reopening event.
