Cal Coast News has reported that a Jiffy Lube in Atascadero, California suffered a vehicle crashing through its walls after an accident.
The accident occurred this past Sunday afternoon, around 5:00 PM on the El Camino Real route. A woman driving with a small dog was going north before she crossed through southbound lanes of traffic and hit a pole. The vehicle then rode down the sidewalk and crashed through the wall of a Jiffy Lube.
Fortunately, no employees in the shop were hurt. Workers said that when the vehicle hit the building, it felt like an earthquake.
The vehicle was removed by Jiffy Lube workers. Information on the status of the driver is not available at this time.
