Valvoline Instant Oil Change has plans to open a new location in Virginia Beach, Virginia, the Virginian Pilot reports.
The store will be located at 3949 Holland Road. The site is currently a vacant lot, sitting behind a Discount Tire and near the intersection with Windsor Oaks Boulevard.
A conditional use permit for the store has been obtained. According to city documents, the building will measure 2,087 square feet and up to 50 cars will be serviced on a daily basis at the facility.
