Oct. 5, 2021—Take 5 Oil Change recently opened a franchised location in Augusta, Ga., and says several more locations are currently under construction.
Franchisees Scott Montgomery and David Berry of WSM Ventures will run the new Georgia shop according to a news release. The location will be the pair's fifth in the area.
Take 5 has seen significant expansion in 2021 per the news release, and officials credit that growth in large part to multi-shop operators. Several stores are currently under construction in Utah, Texas, Georgia, Illinois, Virgin and the Carolinas.
“There are many reasons that our model is attractive to entrepreneurs,” Take 5 Development VP Ted Rippey said in the release. “In addition to the fast, friendly service and customer appeal, the model is simple to scale and replicate for five to 15 locations."
