Oct. 20, 2021—Castrol Premium Lube Express of Burleson, Texas, sponsored a recent festival in a nearby town to help raise funds for first responders.
In addition to providing financial support for the seventh annual Hot Rods and Heroes Motor Festival hosted by the Chisholm Trail 100 Club, Castrol also donated several items for a raffle that raised funds. According to a news release, this was the quick lube's third time sponsoring the event.
Serving three counties in Texas, the Chisholm Trail 100 Club provides up to $50,000 in accidental death and serious injury insurance to the almost 2,000 first responders in its community. All funds for the club come from events such as the festival.
