Nov. 19, 2021—Take 5 Oil Change will be adding a new quick lube shop location in Virginia.
According to The News & Advance, the quick lube chain received unanimous approval to build a location on an acre of land in Lynchburg, Virginia, about 50 miles northeast of Roanoke.
The land was already zoned for business, according to the report, and Take 5 only needed a conditional use permit to begin building.
“I think it’s a good use, and I’m glad you’re employing more Lynchburg citizens," Ward III Councilman Jeff Helgeson said to the developer during a Lynchburg City Council meeting.
No timeline was provided on when construction would begin.
