July 18, 2022—A new Take 5 Oil Change location is planned for Spokane, Washington.
According to the Spokane Journal, a former Supercuts location will be demolished this month in order for Take 5 to build a 1,400 square foot franchise location.
Owner Jeff Gross, who has a background in private equity and investment banking, told the Spokane Journal that he has a development agreement to establish five locations in the Spokane area, and this new location will be one of them. He also noted that there is the potential for more.
“Right now, I’ve got four in the works,” Gross said. “This market could do seven or eight, depending on if we get the right locations.”
Gross said that he anticipates the permits will be filed for the Take 5 location by mid-August of this year. The project will cost around $950,000.
