To achieve Master status, technicians commit to hundreds of hours of Instructor led, and web based training, as well as continual training for new models. Paul Stein holds a senior master technician rating with Ford Motor Co. Stein specializes in electronics and network systems, and driveline repair. Stein has 44 years of experience.
Ryan Bjorklund holds a level three master technician rating with the Dodge, Chrysler, Jeep franchises, as well as a master certification rating with ASE, including the L1 Engine Performance acheivement. Bjorklund specializes in electronics, network systems, and diagnosis. Bjorklund has 25 years of experience.
