Feb. 20, 2020—NOLN's dear columnist, Lenny Saucier, shared a bit of news from Michigan, where he's been working with Victory Lane Quick Oil Change.
The company recently held its annual manager kickoff meeting, which was full of fun, awards and education. Saucier says that he brought a bit of his New Orleans flavor with him with boudin, Mardis Gras throws and king cake.
Saucier says that one attendee received the manager of the month award.
"Tom fox has been with Victory Lave for just over a year and is the manger of Jackson, Mich.," Saucier writes to NOLN. "This award is based off the metrics of sales performance, administrative accuracy, group participation and performance.
