The 2025 National Oil and Lube News Operator Survey is now open, and quick lube shop owners are invited to offer their input on a wide range of topics relevant to the industry, including: operations, marketing strategies, staffing, products, and more.

“Every year, we ask industry leaders to share key insights about their business from a shop level so that we can provide the industry a clear picture of what’s happening from rooftop to rooftop,” said Chris Jones, group editorial director at NOLN. “Once compiled, the complete survey reports will be freely available for download on NOLN.net on July 1.”
The survey takes about 15 minutes to complete. Answers about specific shops will not be made public without permission.
