June 16, 2021—A Costa Oil 10 Minute Oil Change shop in Hanover, Pa., had a surprise cervidae visitor when a wayward deer ended up in the pit.
The York Daily Record reports that the white-tailed deer bolted across the street and right into the shop bay. State game wardens were called into examine the animal, which had to be tranquilized. It had serious injuries and was ultimately euthanized.
