Former US Air Force Missileer disrupts car service delivery model
Zippity, New England's first mobile mechanic's garage, is now partnering with Boston area employers to provide on-site car maintenance services, which save employees the time and hassle of getting their cars to the auto shop. Founded by former U.S. Air Force Missileer, Edward Warren, Zippity has introduced a technology-enabled car care service that disrupts the traditional automotive service delivery model and offers customers a radically convenient experience.
Since launching in early 2017, Zippity has performed thousands of services across New Hampshire using its custom, 4-season mobile service trailers, smart key drop system, and online service management dashboard. With rising demand from Boston area employers, Zippity launched additional service trailers in November and has already begun servicing Massachusetts commuters as they prepare their cars for winter. "Zippity is dedicated to providing world class service for our customers at the place that is most convenient for them: their workplace.
