Honest-1 Auto Care to Carry G-Oil

Green Earth Technologies has announced that their G-Oil Ultimate Biodegradable green motor oils will now be sold at Honest-1 Auto Care, a national full-service auto repair and maintenance franchise chain.

G-Oil was rolled out to all Honest-1 stores in mid-January. G-Oil SAE 5W-30 is also the first and only bio-based motor oil to pass all the engine test criteria for The American Petroleum Institute (API) SM Certification and be officially granted the API “Donut.”

“Honest-1 Auto Care has been a pioneer in the automotive space, offering environmentally friendly and sustainable products years before their competitors,” said Jeffrey Loch, Green Earth Technologies’ founder. “We are proud to have G-Oil motor oil sold in their stores as our company strives to create a new green solution within the motor oil category.”

Unlike traditional petrochemical-based motor oils, Green Earth Technologies’ G-Oil is made with American-grown renewable animal fats. These saturated fats, whose molecular single-bond carbon chains are similar to common petroleum oils, have no harsh effects on the environment.
