AOCA Names Executive Director

The Automotive Oil Change Association (AOCA) has named Leanne Stump as its executive director. Stump replaces David Saddler, who resigned in March after less than 18 months at the association’s helm.

“On behalf of the AOCA board of directors, it is my distinct pleasure to announce the promotion of Leanne Stump to the position of executive director ,” said Pat Wirth, AOCA board president. “Leanne has spent a decade serving the association in a variety of increasingly responsible positions and has earned the respect and admiration of all who work with her. As the association found itself in transition during the past two years, Leanne remained committed to ensuring that member needs were being met while overseeing day-to-day operations including human resources, communications, facilities management and finance.”

Wirth also noted that Stump has played an integral role at the association’s conventions.

“It is with great pleasure that I congratulate Leanne on her new position as AOCA executive director,” said Dave Jensen, past-president of AOCA. “I have had the chance to work closely with Leanne for the last nine years. Not only was she a great employee, but she is a good friend. Her passion and dedication to both the association and its members is as professional and genuine as it gets.”

Stump will oversee a three-person AOCA staff and oversee contracts with two companies with which the association has outsourced its communication and meeting planning requirements.
